Description

The built-in steam generator

KC-4 oven has a built-in steam generator. Water is filled into the steam generator module through the opening in the upper part of the furnace. The production of the dry superheated steam takes place there through two-stage steam generation.

Safe steam supply

The dry superheated steam is generated automatically and delivered to the convector through a special nozzle. This eliminates the possibility of suffering thermal burns and ensures the operation of the furnace.

Large water tank

The water tank has a total volume of 12 liters. The working volume is 10 liters. Larger amounts of water ensure longer steam generation without refilling.

Please do not fill more than 10 liters of water in the water tank! Otherwise the boiling water can end up in the steam generation system. For the same reason, the stove must be kept straight when it is being set up.

Use without water is not permitted.

Faucet for bottling water

The water tank of the steam generator is equipped with a tap on this oven model. You can remove the hot water for personal hygiene or other purposes such as washing dishes, infusion, and soaking brushwood. Please make sure that the water tank is not completely taught. There must always be some water in it, and timely refilling must be ensured.

Controllable air supply to the combustion chamber

The air supply can be checked using the pull-out ash pan. The combustion chamber has a grate.

Hinged convector

The oven has a hinged convector, which is opened in operating mode and fits snugly against the housing during transport. The convector has two handles for transportation.

A classic sauna infusion is also possible

Classic steam generation by infusion is also possible with this furnace. In this case, the stones are placed between the furnace wall and the convector from the bottom to the top along the furnace. To prevent the sauna stones from slipping, a removable shelf is provided at the lower end of the heater. The shelf is removed during transport so that the convector lies against the furnace housing.
